You can browse through

http://www.j2mecertificate.com/scmad/control/examresources

for some important book references and resources.

"Programming Wireless Devices with the Java 2 Platform Roger Riggs, Antero Taivalsaari, Mark VandenBrink, 2003" is a very good book for study, Knudsen's book "Wireless Java: Developing with J2ME, 2nd Ed" is one of the most popular for development reference.

If you consider exam simulators, you may check the same site - http://j2mecertificate.com .

Best regards,
Eduardo
