What chapters are to be studied from J2ME:novice to professional by Jonathan Knudsen regarding the preparation of J2ME.........
I do not think that we have to study chapters of Bluetooth or PIM or 3D Graphich.......!!?

You need to be patient, just a wee bit. Five hours is not terribly long to be waiting without an answer, especially during the overnight hours.

As for chapters, no, you don't have to study the JSR-82 or JSR-75 material. I think you can likely figure out what needs to be studied by comparing the material to the topics listed at Sun's website.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
