Hi,
I'm doing M.Sc(Computer Science) from University of Pune, India.
I wanted to develop a project in Java (web based or may be in J2ME or anything that sounds interesting). The project needs to be developed within 3 months and the team size is 3.
My aim is that the project should be good industrial value.
Please suggest me some ideas for it and any reference books or sites that can serve as a good reference.

Just for your information. I have cleared SCJP5.0 certification with 90% in April 2007. Also, we used Complete Reference-Herbert Schildt for B.Sc(Computer Science)
So, based on this information please suggest some ideas that will be feasible within th given time period.

Thanks in advance.
