I have received the acknowledgement, but not received any voucher. The acnowledgement said, "Thank you for your interest in the Sun Certified Business Component
Developer
for the Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition.
Your free electronic exam voucher will be sent to you on Monday, May
19, 2003
with all the beta details, instructions and objectives.
Free exam vouchers are given out on a first come, first serve basis and
are
valid ONLY for the FIRST 400 CANDIDATES WHO TAKE THE EXAM. If you want
to
participate, don't delay!
Also, please DO NOT send in multiple requests or ask about the status
of your
request, this will only slow down the process in getting back to you.

Take a deep breath and wait - if they're not in your inbox by Monday, then say something. At least give them a few days over there at Sun to get things together, since this is bound to be a popular beta.
