Hi,What's the Prometric Id?Is it the same one as on my Prometric Card or something different?Mine starts with I000........Plz help as I'll have to register again if it is something different.

As far as I know it's your SSN. If you don't have one you might try calling Prometric at 1-866-776-6387.

The old exam score report has two numbers : Candidate ID - starting with SP and Registration number - starting with I.
I did enter my Candidate ID (SP...). Do I need to use SSN ? In the form they'd asked for the Prometric ID.
Can someone clarify ? Thanks

I do believe the Candidate ID starts with <sp>#######
I entered that for mine.

Hi,I rechecked my Prometric card as well as my Report Sheet which has the score.It has NO SSN number.If this number was so important ,shouldnt have it been include on the Card & Score sheet as well?
Today I will call up the test center but I dont think that they will be able to help.
As for the free voucher ,I have lost hope of winning it.
