Question regarding the exam

Dear Kathy:
I would like to know if you already got the voucher, how long can I wait until try to pass?
Some people said that get the exam a soon as I can, I believe the end line is the 7 of july included, and there is no rush until this date.
I�m right ?

Many guys have taken the exam today. I am sure that about 100 vouchers have been used today.

True. Only the first 400 guys can take up the exam. The number of people who clear the exam will be <= 400.

I think I am missing something here. You mean to say even if I have registered for exam on 15th, and 400 people have written the exam before that date I will not be able to write the exam.

Hi Guys,

This is the reply from Evelyn at SUN based on my query regarding exam.

In the past a beta runs for at least 3 weeks plus, but I cannot
gurantee dates,
hence this exam is in demand. There will probably be lots of
candidates
registered, but sometimes they don't show up, so that is why I will
close the
beta once I have 400 beta testers (actually taken the exam).
I will be sending out an email to everyone I have sent vouchers to,
stating I
have closed the beta, so that way you will not waste your time heading
to a
center.

I believe just 400 voucher were sent to us.

No. Sun may have sent more than 400 vouchers just in case when people doesn't show up for the exam. Therefore there is no guarentee that you will be able to take the exam by July 7th.
