I encountered the "Out of resouce" error after I faced the 6th (maybe the 7th, I just sense) drag and drop question. After this system error message appeared, all subsequent DnD questions cannot be answered since my mouse can no longer drag any labels. So bad. I guess that I got around 7-8 Dnd questions left unanswered due to the problem. This is frustrating, and I exited the exam w/o comment.

I understand your pain!however, we should remember this is a beta exam and betas are always the place for experiment or finding errors.

I did the exam last saturday.I also got "Out Of System resources" error. After that I coudn't answer any of the drag and drop questions. For some
questions "Task" or "Exibit" button was not working. When answering questions at the end I coud not use the mouse.I had to use tab key and space bar.I think I could not answer more than 15
questions.

Nor on 95, actually.
I think that most of us understand that "beta" does imply on some level "buggy" - it wouldn't be a beta if it were perfect. However, this is a legitimate concern, and I hope that Sun will find a way to deal with the obvious problem in grading for those of us who have reported having this problem.

Hi All,
Can you tell me what country you took the exam, hence the exam was tested in the US and there were no problems with the drag-n-drops then.
Some prometric centers in other countries are having problems. Prometric is working on this, but some of the centers work independently, so this is a difficult situation.
I'm working on it with Prometric. ]
Thanks.
Evelyn

You'll forgive me for saying so, but you're dead wrong here. I took it in the United States - at center MD47 in Baltimore, MD - and had the problem. I realize that it is obviously in part due to the older computers at some centers, as MD47 seems to be using older machines with 64Mb of memory and Windows95, but to characterize this as a problem only outside the US is unfair.
I'll be happy to give you my testing information, etc, as confirmation if you'd like. I did note in the comments on my exam that I was having problems doing the drag and drops due to resource allocation problems on the PC.

I also took the exam in Hongkong.
I talk to the man in the exam center afterward. He said same situation had happened in other prometric hold exam but not on others.

All,
I have Prometric working on this situation, they are trying to fix it so that this does not happen with Windows 98.
Thanks.
Evelyn
