Hello All,
I had taken the exam on 6th June in the morning starting from 9:30 am(Indian Time). As most of u have already mentioned that there was problem with Drag and Drop questions, I also faced the same problem but by that time i had reached almost the final questions of the examination. The last 12-13 questions that were based on EJB QL were showing "out of system resources" when i tried to answer the EJB QL questions based on drag and drop. I was really scared for a moment that it may end up in a crash & I will have to start over again, so i took the risk of not answering any of the EJB QL Drag and Drop questions. As far as the exam is concerned, it was very good. This was the second exam after SCEA Part I that i liked taking.
My personal advice would be that u do keep handy some short notes on all the topics that are covered in SCBCD. Do make sure to revise once before taking the exam. The exam is exhustive and leaving one or more topics guarantees losing marks in the exam. The questions were easy but the questions related with EJB Roles, DD elements, Exception handling may confuse you a little bit. Make sure that u know which exception is thrown in which case, whether its a system exception or an application exception, which EJB role specifies which DD element, what does a particular DD element means. i did make the mistakes in the exception handling and EJB roles sections, but hope that u guys won't repeat the same mistakes after having a look on this message
The overall experience was good. 4 hrs is more than enough for the exam. I finished the exam in 3 and half hrs which includes sitting back on the seat many a times & relaxing and stretching my arms & having 6-7 glass of water (resulting in a few quick visits to the toilet)
Good Luck for others who are preparing for the exam !!
I am now going for OOAD with UML Certification, so can anyone please let me know which egroup or site can be of help ? as far as i know Javaranch doesnt provide a section focussed on OOAD with UML Certification exam

Check out the Product and Other Certifications forum. There may also be some related threads in the OO, Patterns, UML and Refactoring.
You can do a search in those forums in order to find some discussions about the IBM 486 certification exam.
Finally go to the main web site of the IBM 486 certification exam where you can find all sort of resources.

Nice to hear from you Ashish, in fact I was expecting a post from you at the very end of 6th June.
Regarding IBM UML exam, its a little easier, especially should be for you. JavaRanch's other certifications forum should be a good starting point to look at.
Wished to your journey.
