A couple of days back I have finished SCEA Part I and in the process of downloading my assignment for Part II.
I was thinking .. , if it is a better idea to finish SCBCD and then move on with the part II of SCEA.
I am under the impression that SCEA Part I and SCBCD are somewhat similar and I can clear SCBCD with little preperation given that SCEA part I knowledge is still fresh in my mind.
Any comments are welcome ..

The SCEA part I exam does not cover EJB in the same detail as SCBCD. The SCEA emphasis is more on the architectural aspects of EJBs, and on EJB lifecycles. However, the SCBCD exam is much more detailed and in-depth on EJBs, and I would say that it is not at all similar to SCEA part I. It would still take additional study based on the objectives and the EJB specification to pass I think.
