As per O'Reilly site the book would be available in October. From other forums the authors are still doing finishing touches to the book. Expect the book to be widely available not earlier than mid-October. For Indian reprint keep a tab on www.shroffpublishers.com
Good Luck and best wishes.

Giri -
Your information is correct. We are putting the 'finishing touches' on the book. O'reilly does a great and fast job of turning our camera ready files into a book, and getting the book out to online stores and brick and morter stores. I think mid-October is a good estimate.
We're sorry for the delay, we're pedaling as fast as we can!
Thanks,
Bert
