Thanks to you all for your patience, the book was completed several weeks ago, and should be shipping from Amazon any day now and in book stores in the next week or two. We have an advance copy in our hands (which makes typing more difficult), and it looks pretty good! One warning, it's BIG, and HEAVY.
We look forward to spending a lot of time on this forum over the next couple of days, and of course the only time we're not really around much is just before book deadlines, so you won't get rid of us that easily.

Welcome home Bates, welcome home. I am just going through the first chapter which was a free download courtessy of Mr. Koko Naing who gave us a link and I can sure tell it is going to be a great book. I know you had a lot of fun developing this book, what would you say was more fun? writing the book or the running around to get it to the market?

Anselm-
We like all of it, but marketing is not as hard as writing
O'reilly does a really GREAT job of marketing, so it's pretty easy for us.

Yeah, marketing is some kinda business skill and writing is some kinda technical skill...
I think O'Reilly is pretty good in such kind of Business jobs like Marketing, Advertising and etc...
