Howdy -- we've posted the detailed table of contents PDF on our anonymous FTP site (where the other older samples are). I'm going to be making some additional samples from other chapters, and posting them there later today. But the Table of Contents will give you a pretty good idea of what's in the book, plus it includes some of the pictures used in the book, so you'll get a feel for how things are presented.
