Bert n Kathy,
The book it just out and already "out of stock" !!!
Good news for KS-BB, another long waiting period for us
Is there any chance of giving away more copies here ???
Cheers

But.. when I go through the Buy at Store link of the same link, I could not see a message like "out of stock"

Here's what we know at this point...
Amazon *should* be receiving and shipping their first batch in the next couple of days. 'Brick and mortar' bookstores should be receiving their shipments in the next one to two weeks. I don't know about other online sites, but we'll check in with our publisher and let you know what we find out.
The other thing about Amazon, is that if they run out, they are able to re-stock very quickly, so 'out of stock' at Amazon doesn't typically mean a long wait.
