Using Weblogic With HF EJB

My question is for Kathy.
What do you recommend, if I use Weblogic Server ver 7+ as application server to be used with your book examples instead of RI? As I have more experience with that. I mean, would not it be nice if we use an Industry recognized application server where I need to write all the deployment information myself as opposed to using RI deployment tools ?
Need your suggestion.
Thanks in advance.

Though this question was meant for Kathy & Bert let me try to add my opinion here.
Its up to the individuals how they work on the examples and if you can use WL (or any other commercial server) its even better as you would not be using the RI in your real job. I myself am not caring much for the examples in the book as such since I work on a real ejb project (under WL8.1) in my job. I try to compare and review what I am doing at my work with the HF EJB content. That should be enough for the SCBCD and to understand whats going on behind the scenes.
My 2 cents.

Yes, actually the book is not that specific on the app server... I got the book already in my hands... I think if you got experience in WL, surely you will make it... It will help you more in studying for the SCBCD exam...
Seriously Rick? Seriously? You might as well just read this tiny ad:
