not so good experience with SoftSCBCD

I booked the test for the coming Tuesday. The final preparation I want to do is try some mock test.
My original plan is use Saturday afternoon, Sunday to do the mock test. So I ordered SoftSCBCD in Saturday afternoon, 2 PM.
(In this thread I read about only took half an hour to get the software.

But for me , the software didn't come until Monday morning 3 AM.(I even send a email to check in Saturday evening) So my plan is totally screwed. How I suppose to do with the 500 questions in one day while I still have to work?
I don't really understand what went wrong with my order? I used VISA and I have a good credit record...I never image order on-line for some license could take soooooo long.
Anyway, I just want to remind people here, if you want to buy the softSCBCD, don't make the same mistake I made.
Order it earlier.

You can usually reschedule an exam with 24 hours notice to the test center...
Maybe you can move your test back a few days?

Yeah, Phil, that's what I did this moring.
But still, it caused me lots of trouble, now I have to ask permission from the boss again, and reschedule my plan for the days around.

Yeah, I know what you mean. But at least you didn't lose the money you spent on the exam voucher...
And I for one, will defintely keep your advice in mind, and order the SoftSCBCD early, if I decide to use it...

We are extremely sorry for the delay in processing of your order.
Your order was shown to us 'Held' by our reseller. We try our best to inform our reseller and our customer as soon as we come to know that an order is held. The held orders require manual checking by our resellers and it takes around 24 hours to review the order details and release the product.
We did inform you the status of the order and had told you that it will be released as soon as possible. We hope that you had received that e-mail from our Support Team. We do not ourselves normally know the reason why the order is held but if it is held it means that there is some problem with the order details.
