Has anyone got this guide... or the updated link. It seems this link dosen't work now in JavaRanch SCBCD Links.

Hi Vijay
I had my notes on free hosting and for unknown reason administrators of that hosting deleted site without any warning.
Currently I am looking for more reliable hosting and then will inform Valentin about new URL. This may take a week.
