remove and ejbStore

Hi Friends,
If the client simply call remove method on the
EJBObject to remove the entity data in database by its primary key,why
ejbStore is neccesary?
I'm using JBoss and BMP.

Where have you found that info? In the general case, I think that the container does not have to call ejbStore() before ejbRemove()..

Hi Janne,
I found in the log file the following lines when removing a bean:
setEntityContext Ok !
ejbActivate Ok !
ejbLoad OK ! Updating relationships, for example
ejbStore ??? Why Store
ejbRemove Ok ! Removing the entity
My comments are in the right side.
