In P325, under section "three ways to get a reference to an entity bean", it reads "Client calls a home business method that returns a reference to the bean's component interface".
In P346, under "What to put in a home business method", it reads "Put code in your home business methods that apply to the underlying database-for a group of entities rather than one specific entity-and that don't return the bean's component interface".
Is this an error or am I missing something? Thanks.

Any method in the home can return a component interface type. You do not need a reference to a specific bean to call a home method.

Thanks for the input, Anthony.
I guess the real question should be: what can or should an entity bean's home business method return? Anything including the bean's component interface? Regarding the component interface, is it those create and find methods are there for?

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
