Hi,

Suppose there are two beans, bean A and bean B such that both have the following environment refs:
A references B with java:comp/env/ejb/BeanB
B has a deploy-time constant with java:comp/env/MyConstant
Now, can A reference MyConstant with an address like:
java:comp/env/ejb/BeanB/MyConstant?

No. The ENC (environment naming context) is a private space each bean has all to itself. It is bound to JNDI, but only for that bean. It isn't visible to other beans.
