Last point under Rules for the home interface
--> For SFSB arguments must be RMI-IIop compatible.

A stateless session bean's create() method has no arguments, so the issue of RMI-IIOP compatibility is not relevant.

Apart from the one and only create() method, there are no other methods declared in the home interface of an SLSB!
