According to HFEJB
(1) client stub calls go to bean through skeleton
(2) client stub calls go to bean through EJBObject

does it mean both EJBObject and skeleton are same?

EJBObject is a Bean bodyguard and you call bean biz methods througth this object.

Skeleton is a to RMI, skeletons receive rmi calls and creates objects in a JVM heap in fact.
