Sorry... another question...

if i have a relatioship between two entity bens, should i put both beans(i mean... two bean classes, and... two home & component interfaces) within a single ejb-jar file?(with only one DD)

Yes,you need to put both the Classes in single JAR/EAR file only with one DD.But in DD you need to define relationship element between two beans.
