I am trying to install J2ee1.4SDK. so I downloaded j2eesdk-1_4_2005Q1-windows.exe from www.java.sun.com.

but executing this file causing Sun appserver installation. I am not getting j2ee.bat file etc....in this installation?

The SCBCD exam is based on the J2EE SDK 1.3 and not 1.4. You can go to this page and download the 1.3 bundle
