1. I recently cleaned files from my Harddrive and accidently deleted a central file called the "UniqueCustomerFile" associated with WHIZLABS's SCBCD Simulator program, I purchased last fall.
2. I attempted to contact WHIZLAB support listing both product and installation key received and tried to get assistance for file recovery. FOR DAYS I have not had any Responses. I am at the phase of my study where I am begining to take as many On line SCBCD mock tests as possible, and would like to use the product that I purchased!
3. I believe the company is located in BomBay India. Has anyone else had similiar problems communicating with WHIZLAB? Is the company still in business? Has anyone been able to successfully communicate with SUPPORT or any other section of the company?
