There will be NO SCBCD for J2EE 1.4, because the difference between EJB 2.0 and EJB 2.1 is not that much. I guess the next version for SCBCD will be EJB 3.0, which might be at least 1 year time from now.

2.where can find the url for downloading j2ee1.3

http://java.sun.com/j2ee/sdk_1.3/

3.I want to know the software details for SCBCD

There are several resources:
1. http://www.ejbcertificate.com
2. EJBPlus by Enthuware
3. Whizlabs
4. softSCBCD

Personally, for cost driven decision, I bought EJBPlus and softSCBCD, and use the free practices from [1].

For more details, as other suggested, please do a simple search in this forum.
