Re-apply for the certificate?

Hello Friends,

I cleared my SCBCD on 11th March in UK. One day prior to the exam I noticed the fields for 'address for sending the certificate etc' on the prometric site. And updated the address to my India address where I was planning to go in one months time.

Till date, I have not received the certificate on the India address. Im doubting it will take this long. I wonder if anyone can suggest me how to go about requesting for the certificate once again. Is it possible to re-apply for the certificate? Is there any charge for this?

I tried it but I do not have account on certmanager. I also tried to register but it is asking me some test related things like test date. I have already cleared the exam so I wondered why the details?

I had done evrything through prometric so I sent them a mail before 2 days. I have not heard anything from them yet. Im wondering if they will be able to help as on their site, nowhere re-ordering a certificate is specified.

Hi,
I had a similar kind of situation of not updating my current address with prometric, which I found after days of my taking the exam. I contacted Prometric on this and talked to them about it. In the meantime, I recd. an email from them, saying that the certification materials returned to them and if there had been any address change, asking me, to let them inform about it. So, I mailed them back with my new address and got the materials in about a week's time after letting them know.
The email address to which I was doing all the mail correspondences at Prometric was [email protected] Try mailing them. You will get an automated reply atonce and a custom reply in a day or two.
