Where to get SCBCD voucher?

Hello,
From where I can get voucher for SCBCD (310-090) - The only center I knew dont have any more of it and its going to take them some time (weeks) to get it, there should be some alternate - I am from Delhi, India. Let me know if you have some idea.
Also I wanted to know how would they verify whether I have SCJP certification.

You can buy vouchers online at www.2test.com

You will be able to take the exam, but Sun will never send your certification if you don't qualify.
