Hi guys,

Anybody tell me the difference between Entity Object Identity and Primary key.

Previously i assumed Primary key and Entity identity are equal.

In SPec you can get the Entity Identity via getPrimaryKey(), EJBObject or EJBLocalObject.

That make me doubt on my assumbution.

Advance Thanks.

Which page number in the spec are you refering to?

Could it be that what was ment is that you can get the primary key from:
- getPrimaryKey() (from EntityContext)
- getPrimaryKey() (EJBObject)
- getPrimaryKey() (EJBLocalObject)

?
