if i use prohibited stuff like io, server sockets, read/write of static variables
is that a compile time problem, deploy time or run time?
is it different for each of the above?

1) the readwrite static variable restriction, is applicable to the bean implenetation class only or any helper classes running in same container.
i have used static variable read write in helper claass in jboss and seems to work fine. (my bean uses a class which is a singleton.)
even runs fine.
is that not suggested??
what r the implications if i go ahead with that.
does that make a difference because each container have its own class loading mechanism, and my app may not work in other containers.
i would love to hear all possible implications of it.
does the synchrization rules(not applying synchronization) apply for the helper class too or just for the bean implementaion class.

thank you for ur time, i really appreciate it.
