Hi,
I passed SCBCD with a good score of 92%. I started the preparation with Head First EJB for the knowledge of EJB concepts. The mock exams in jdsicuss, ejbcertificate and Head First EJB really helped to acheive this. Is Sun Microsystems going to upgrade the exam for EJB 3.0? Is it reallly necessary to take SCWCD 1.4 upgrade exam, if u already passed SCWCD 1.3? Did it cover the same spec as in 1.3?

Well, SCWCD 1.3 covered the J2EE 1.3 spec, just as SCWCD 1.4 covers the J2EE 1.4 spec. (I upgraded because I'm bringing everything up to date, not because there's anything really substantially new about it.)

I imagine that Sun will update the exams to the Java EE 5 standard when it's out next year, but that's going to be a few months off at least, plenty of time to worry about learning it. They'll announce it when they decide.
