during deployment process, i am giving a JNDI name for accessing bean.
when i am lookup for that name, iam getting a Home Object stub.
my question is, the JNDI name that i gave is assigned to Home
Object or Home Object stub.

When you give a JNDI name during deployment, the home object is registered with the JNDI naming server under the JNDI name specified by the deployer during deployment. When you do a JNDI look-up on the bean's home interface, the container finds the appropriate home object registered under that name, creates a stub instance and returns it to the client. The container can also pre-create stub instances so that the client gets a faster response during the look-up - the implementation is up to the container.
hope this clarifies..
