My SCJP-2 expired in 2004 Dec, Can I take SCBCD or SCWCD??

Hi..

My SCJP-2 expired in Dec-2004( I took it in Dec-2002).
Can I still,take SCBCD or SCWCD??
Also, Do I need to mention any reff. of SCJP - Transcriptoin ID or any othere information inorder to take these exams.. ?

I did my SCJP in 2000. I did my SCBCD last week. I had no problems.
BTW, what do you mean by your SCJP2 certification expired ? As far as i know your certification never expires. Also the requisite for appearing for SCBCD is that you have passed SCJP (any version).

First, "Java isMyPassion", you're going to need to change your username. (I'm sure a bartender or sheriff will say something to you sooner rather than later.) Read the FAQ entry here about the naming policy.

But, to answer your question - contact suncert@prometric.com and ask them for a replacement certificate. When you took the SCJP exam, they were making it a two year expiration on the certifications, but Sun has changed their policy since then. You can request a new certificate and ID card that don't have an expiration date printed on them.
