In the specification, the word "session object" is used instead of session EJBObject. both are same or not?

I think they mean the Session object is a bean that implements SessionBean, the EJBObject is what you extend in the remote component interface

The spec interchangeably uses the terms "session object" and "session bean". And sometimes the spec means the type of bean (session, entity or message-driven), sometimes the instance of the bean. However, it's usually clear what's meant.
