Hi all

I have just cleared my SCJP exam so I am thinking to get ahead with SCBCD. I have already get a copy of Head First EJB by Kathy Sierra, Bert Bates. Is it enough for preparation? I got a second hand copy so I dont know what is the latest edition for it?

Regards

So far, there's just one edition, but there are multiple printings. The later printings have fewer errors ... not no errors, but fewer. Be sure to check out the errata (both official and unofficial).

It's enough for preparation, but it's worth downloading the EJB 2.0 spec as well. I didn't read the whole thing, but I read certain passages. I got a 97% though, so I may have overprepared.

I also found that Paul Sanghera's book "SCBCD Exam Study Kit" was quite useful. It's latest version is updated to reflect the current SCBCD specs.
It is published by Manning.
