i did a question on Whizlab exam simulator, here is the questions:

Select correct statements about session bean

A. Any session bean can be passivated as long as it is stateful

I didn't select choice A while the answer says its correct. I think if the session bean is in a transaction, passivation is not allowed. So we shouldn't select it. Am I right?

Another interpretation issue.
It is true that a stateful session bean can be passivated.
It is also true that it can't be done while in transaction.

What I do in such situations is exclude the wrong ones and then see
how many I must get right.

I just hope the real exam doesn't let us guess what the
question really is about.

Hi all, (my first post in the SCBCD forum, coming from SCWCD )

What i read about Sun Cert exams is they use language experts to make sure questions CANNOT end up with a doubt. If you have a doubt on a question, you must have missed something (even just one word) that makes thing clear, and exclude one "doubtful" possible answer.

Well maybe sometimes there IS typos, as i had in my SCWCD exam, but i guess it's very rare.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
