I read this statement in the EJB specs - Entity beans that participate in a relationship should be defined in the same deployment descriptor - Is it possible to have multiple deployment descriptor(DD) files in the same application. Then what would they be named ?
I was under the impression that there would be just one DD and it would be called ejb-jar.xml.

Thanks
Devi

Also from the spec:
The J2EE specification defines how enterprise beans and other application components contained in multiple ejb-jar files can be assembled into an application.

Have a look at
22.3 Application Assemblers responsibility (p458)
