Hi!

2 questions for you Java cowboys:
[ scbcd ejb 3 exam ]
Has anybody heard about when an EJB3 SCBCD certification exam will hit the market? Perhaps a beta version of it?

[ scbcd ejb 3 book]
Authors have to be out there fast, so some of you (kathy, ie.), must be working on a study guide book for SCBCD EJB3. In that perspective, anybody know how can one apply to being one of the many technical reviewers on one of those books?

Thanks in advance for helping a curious mind...

This SCBCD group seems very slow,
I guess moderators should do something entertaining to attract traffic here

Attending the Java One conference and going to the reception for Java Certified Professionals I had the privelige of speaking to person from Sun in charge of the Java Certification.

He told me that the exam for EJB 3 would be ready mid october

No, he didn't and I didn't ask (unfortunately), but I belive it was the final version. Otherwise I guess he would have said it was the BETA, don't you think?

Thanks for the information Morten. A reasonable assumption on your part, however it is a bit tight for the test to come out so early.

Since they have a Beta release - that is open for two months, and after they close the beta release they spend three months grading the exams and deciding which questions to include, so even if the Beta exam came out by the first of June, it would be very hard for them to release the official exam as early as mid October.

Doesn't Kathy come by here from time to time? Maybe she can tell us something? I guess she must be working on another great HF Certification Guide. Are you Kathy? Like the thread starter I would also like to become a reviewer

That's a very big dog. I think I want to go home now and hug this tiny ad:
