I am preparing for the SCBCD and get a little doubt. CMP fields name is a fake name mede by the bean provider who has no idea about the real operation environment DB schema. How can the link between the CMP fields and the real DB schema be established.
Thank in advance.

HI Tanin, In EJB 2.0, for CMP the bean provider has to provide the abstract getters and setters for persistence fields and also define the persistence fields in ejb-jar.xml. However the mapping between these CMP fields and the actual fields is done by a tool that needs to be made available by the container provider. The tool depends on the server that you are using.
This mapping may result in an additional vendor dependant descriptor that will be used by the container at runtime
