Hello Kathy, Bert, Seema, Valentine,

I have a doubt on missed ejbRemove() call.
I am getting varied answers for my doubt in the forum.
some one please clarify.

Dbt is : what happens if client calls remove() when the bean is in passivation ? Will the bean directly go to "Does not exist state" or it will be brought back to the active state and ejbRemove() will be called ?

Please refer to the thread

Thanks and regards,
Suchitra
