Registeration process as said is not working, may be i am unable to do that. That site http://www.2test.com does not have any option to register for SCBCD beta test.

Can anyone tell me how to register?

If you refer to Evelyn's message, the registration start date is November 24, 2006. Thus, it is normal that you cannot do the registration now.
