Hi all,

I have planned to take scbcd exam(310-090), i bought HeadFirst EJB book, is this book is sufficient to clear and to get the knowledge on EJB's, is there any online book material or other books for this exam.

You can try downloading Mastering EJB, 2nd edition. The 3rd edition is for 2.1 and the 4th edition is for 3.0.

Personally, HFEJB would be enough. If you wish, you can consider Paul's SCBCD Exam Study Kit. It is a good book also.

I think, the Oreilly book is good for Entity Manager and persistence API...

The best one would be the EJB Specs.

Vinod is preparing for SCBCD 1.3 (310-090), NOT 310-091.

So, no need to study persistence and other EJB 3.0 related stuff.

AFAIR, Enterprise JavaBeans 3rd edition covers EJB 2.0 (SCBCD 1.3)
