I am also preparing for this exam.

So far I have seen 3 books. Mastering... Oreilly's....and Beginning....

Oreilly's, which previously was written by Haefel, is quite ok. Half of the book is exercises, which is great for preparing for exam.

I havent read the other 2 books except those chapters on migrating from ejb 2.

However though, Oreilly's doesnt go as deep API-level, like Head First ejb 2 does. After all, it isnt written for scbcd.
