Hi,

In one of HF EJB tests, there is answer:
Component cannot invoke methods of client.

In book it is marked as incorrect. But I found in errata where it is said that sentence is true.

Is that so?

What if client is remote object and passes its own reference to component.
In that case bean has stub of client and it MAY invoke methods of client.

Am I correct?

Hi,
components of other layers cannot invoke methods of client. The client here is the client of EJBs not communication inter EJBs.

Best Regards,
