Hi,
I have prepared for the SCBCD 1.3 exam (I am aware it is pretty old) and will be appearing for it shortly. I wanted to know how easy it is to take up the upgrade exam based on EJB 3.0 once this is done. I am completely new to Java Bean technology and have taken close to 3 months to get ready for SCBCD1.3 exam. Can anyone please provide some guidance on this one?

Thanks in advance,
Regards
Sanjeev

Sanjeev,

Your name is not very Javaranch friendly, so please change it according to the Naming Policy. (you should have both first name and last name). Thank you

You will already know the whole concepts, and this will surely help. But I'm afraid that you'll still have a lot to do for the upgrade. The way beans are written has been completely changed, and entity beans with persistence is also completely new.

Thanks Christophe. I have changed my name to have a last name. Next post onwards should have the proper name.
