Hi All,

Sorry if this topic has already been posted, but does anybody can recomend me a nice book to study for SCBDC 5.0? I'm wondering if Cathy Sierra/Bert Bates intend to write a new Head First book covering the new exam...

Thanks!

I don't think there is - as of yet - a book specifically for the SCBCD for Java EE 5. I myself used the study guide provided by Mikalai Zaikin and "Pro EJB 3: Java Persistence API" from Apress, and managed to get by on that and copious practice.

Theodore, where can I find the study guide made by Mikalai Zaikin? Do you still have it? If so, can you please send to my e-mail? tiago.java@gmail.com.

So, you basically used the study guide and the Appress book right? Did you use whizlabs simulators?

Thank you very much!

The author is working for JBOSS.

Jimmy, Thank you for the information, but I removed a suspicious comment from your post. And could you please check the Naming Policy and remove the extra dot you have in your name ? Thank you
