Preparation on SCBCD 5.0

Hello Ranchers,
I have just completed SCJP 1.5 and next goal is SCBCD 5.0. Can you please let me know how should I start my preparation to get good result on SCBCD 5.0.

Here are my questions.
1) Which book should I refer?
2) Which mock exams are good?
3) Any online study material?

Think most people posted Oreilly EJB book 5th edition was useful. Perhaps that might be all you might need plus sun's tutorial on JPA.
