Hi all,
I have just started preparing for SCBCD exams. I started with Head fisrt EJB. Now i just went through the forum and rading a lot about EJB 3.0. I just need to know if i can continue with the Head First and complete my Certification or should i rethink. Will head first EJB be enough to complete SCBCD? Please help.

If you are already working on EJB 2.1 and you will be required to work on EJB 2.1 for another 2 years, then go for the older exam. If not, then EJB 3.0 is better.

Better if you can go for EJB 3. There are lot of new features added and modified.

I've also seen many posts here hinting that EJB 2.1 is not so successful. So keeping this in mind, better go for EJB 3.0.
