Hello everyone,
I purchased Head First EJB few months back but never got the time to study.... Now I would like to prepare for the new SCBCD 5.0.
I don't have any prior experience in EJB Technology.

Would you advise me to study Head First EJB and then move to EJB 3.0 in Action and other books mentioned in this forum?

I was thinking Head First EJB would give me a good idea of how Session Beans, etc work and also there must be many applications developed and maintained on EJB2.x version. So it would not be a bad idea to learn old version.
Thanks in Advance,
Danveer

Hi !!!

HFEJB(Heas first EJB) is for EJB 2.1.
If you plan to go to SCBCD 5.0, I think it will be better to buy
an EJB 3.0's book.

Take a look to this thread : Help with the Exam (Books).
