Hi,

I decided to get the cheaper (and hopefully better) simulator. I was choosing between Whizlabs ($50) and Enthuware ($29).

It's been more than a day since I ordered thru Credit Card and I still haven't received my simulator. Order status last time I checked is still "Unprocessed". I'm about to take the exam in a couple of days.

Anybody here had the same experience? Do I need to wait a few more days before trying to contact support?

I just checked with the credit card company about this and it looks like they have blocked your order because of "Fraud Check Failed - Possible Fraudulent Order."

I think you'll find the Enthuware package is the better of the two, not just on price.

Paul is quite dedicated.

Hello! We do not ship anything physically. The software is quite small in size and is fully downloadable from our website. So you can get it from anywhere.

Hi Paul,

I tried to send a private message but it's not enable for you.
Yesterday i ordered enthuware simulator for scbcd5.0 but yet i didn't received any simulator and if i check that status of order it's unprocessed.
So what should i do?Does any of other guys also faced the same problem?
Kindly tell me further process?

Hi Alim,
Unfortunately, Regsoft (the company that proceses credit cards for us) sometimes holds up an order when billing address/shipping address and order location do not match. We come to know of such orders only after a day and we resolve them by contacting customers.

Now I am facing the same problem with my order from the Enthware - The order status is not changed after 17 hrs and is still shows 'unprocessed'. Just wondering how long for other people get their order processed?

I have faced another problem last week. I don't have a credit card to pay, so I have bought Whizlabs simulator using wire transfer. But I can't buy Ethuware this way!
If mr. Paul Anil could help, I'll be very happy.

Hi Helen
Which country have you ordered from? I am unable to see your order. Please contact [email protected] with your trackingid for a faster response. For most people, the orders are processed within 10-20 minutes. Main reason for the delay is the discrepancy in the credit card information given while submitting the order.

Hi Paul,


I ordered from United State. My real name is Hua Ge in the order and I used American express card which I used for almost any purchase with no problem at all. I sent two emails to your customer support already and don't have any reply yet. Now almost two days and my order is still 'unprocessed'. I don't see any phone contact I can use to directly talk with your customer service people.

Paul, other than the order processing issue, I still have another question - how do I get the formal order receipt? I do need that for company reimbursement purpose. Please advise me.

It's such a disappointed and shock that after 2 days ordering and sending 3 emails for customer support that I finally got an email and just telling me that my order is not be able to be processed and the order is canceled. What's the reason? I have been using the same credit cards for years and never see any problem. At least the customer support should let me know why and what the reason they find out....
