Doubt in the explanation in Enthuware question

Hi,
Following is the text from the explanation for question in Enthuware Mock exam:

A system exception in a bean's method translates to an EJBException for a local client and a RemoteException for a remote client. Therefore only option 2 is correct.

I think the above sentence is wrong.
Though the client is remote or local, in EJB3.0, The container would send EJBException.
In EJB2.1, the above quoted sentence is correct.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

In EJB 3.0, if your remote interface extends java.rmi.Remote then you'll get a RemoteException instead of a EJBException.
